1. General Terms
By accessing, engaging, or entering into business with Aaron Export And Import, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all domestic and international trade transactions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Quotation & Pricing
All prices quoted are Ex-Works (EXW) unless otherwise specified.
Prices are subject to change based on international market fluctuations, exchange rates, shipping charges, or raw material costs.
A quotation is valid for 7 to 15 working days, depending on the commodity.

3. Order Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after receiving official purchase order (PO) and advance payment (as applicable).
No changes will be accepted once the goods are packed or shipped unless agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be as per agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.).
Accepted modes: TT (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), or other mutually agreed terms.
Late payments may attract interest charges as per international trade practices.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is estimated based on availability, customs clearance, and carrier efficiency.
The company is not liable for delays caused by port congestion, natural disasters, strikes, war, or force majeure events.
Risk and responsibility pass to the buyer upon handover to the shipping agent or carrier.

6. Quality & Inspection
All goods are inspected prior to shipment. Third-party inspection can be arranged at buyer’s cost.
Any damage or shortage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims will be honored only if supported with proper documentation and photos.

7. Customs & Duties
The importer/buyer is responsible for customs clearance, import permits, and payment of duties/taxes in their country, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments, we will handle customs unless restricted by local laws.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Non-refundable costs (like shipping or processing fees) will be deducted.
If the order is already dispatched, no cancellation will be entertained.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, packaging, and documentation are the property of Aaron Export And Import or its licensors.
Reproduction or misuse is strictly prohibited without written permission.

10. Governing Law
All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
In case of dispute, the parties agree to settle matters through arbitration or in the courts of Karnataka.

11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for non-performance or delays due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, export bans, pandemics, or political instability.

12. Acceptance
By doing business with us, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to the above terms and conditions.
